Demartel-Wolfson Closing Forceps is a hand-held instrument that contains a lever on one side used to push down and close the jaws. This forceps is commonly used during intestinal procedures to grasp the intestines. It is also polished to a dull finish designed to reduce glare that may result from operating-room lights.
